Return Policy

Please bear in mind that we are a mail-order company mailing numerous packages to our precious customers. Be aware, therefore, of your address circumstances. If not as positive as you would like it to be, take precaution and inform your carrier to deliver your package(s) to one that is more positive to avoid negative circumstances.

If any of our product items is damaged, defective or missing upon arrival or your receipt of it/them, call 781 848 8084 or email us at to report the said item(s) within three (3) business days. We will provide you with the procedure(s) to be followed (return carrier) in returning the damaged or defective product(s). If there are missing parts, follow the same procedure in contacting us and they will be replaced at no charge to you.

If the damaged or missing parts are no fault or error of our company, you will be charged for the cost of their replacement and postage.

Any damaged or missing parts to and or in your ordered product(s) package(s) must be reported or brought to our attention within three (3) business days of your receipt of all product(s).
